We take your feedback seriously and strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients, including those with disabilities. If you are not satisfied with the services you have received from My Abilities, we encourage you to make a complaint.
As a person with a disability, you have the right to complain about the services you receive. You can lodge a complaint with My Abilities directly or with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) commission.
