Functional Capacity Assessment

We provide comprehensive functional capacity assessments for participants that want to identify and document the need for additional funding in their NDIS plan.

This includes supporting the request for equipment, therapy, home modifications or other capacity building supports. Our assessments are holistic and cover a person’s support needs in all domains of their life. For example, what core support funding is in place, and whether it is meeting the needs of the participant under their goals and NDIS plan.

Our assessments focus on the participants goals in order to ensure our assessment supports the achievement of those goals (in areas such as therapy, support, assistive technology)
